Food

A wide variety of food will be available so come with a hearty appetite.  For those of you in town on Thursday, stop by the Bessemer American Legion Post #27 for a great spaghetti dinner. 

Friday night is Fish Fry night in Bessemer.  If you're in the mood for fish, visit one of several local establishments and enjoy their wonderful fish fry.

Or if you're in the mood for a Ribs and Chicken Wing dinner, visit the Boulder Creek Golf Club from 5 - 8 p.m. They will also offer all you can eat side dishes to accompany the ribs and chicken wings. The cost is $10.95 per person. Afterwards, s'mores will be served by the bonfire. Live music by Ron Niemi & Tim Makela from 7:00 until ??.

On Saturday, begin your day with a hearty pumpkin pancake breakfast at the St. Sebastian School.  The St. Sebastian Knights of Columbus will fire up the griddle from 7 a.m. until noon.

If shopping makes you hungry, the Pumpkinfest Committee will have a food booth located on Sophie Street from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.  Hot dogs, french fries, cheese curds, hot apple cider, and caramel apples are on the menu.  Stop by for a snack while you shop.

While perusing the many craft booths at A.D. Johnston High School, visit the Junior class concession stand located outside the gym.

Don't forget about our Pie Social at the City Hall Auditorium from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Stop by, relax, and enjoy a wide variety of pies and deserts.  The Gogebic Range Band will perform throughout the afternoon and fresh coffee will be brewing.  The pie social is a great way to relax and visit with friends - see you there!

Don't forget to stop by the Pit Stop and sample the Chili Cookoff entries. $5 will get you all the chili you can eat.

To top off the day, the Pumpkinfest Committee will host a rotisserie chicken and roast beef dinner at the Bessemer VFW from 4-7 p.m.  The menu will include:

Dinner Salad
Green Beans
Gravy
Italian Bread
Variety of Desserts & Coffee

Up North Connection returns to provide live entertainment and a silent auction will be held throughout the dinner. 

Tickets are $10 each (children under 10 - $5).
